"Seaside" offers 6 exclusive Penthouses. Penthouses are only accessible by private elevator or exterior stairway access. Each unit is set on +400m2 and includes a rooftop sundeck, ocean view gardens and individual plunge pool.

The private elevator access to the Penthouses guarantees the exclusivity and privacy of each Seaside Penthouse.
All penthouses are set on the top two floors of each individual building with two penthouses per building. The private penthouse elevators access either the third or fourth floor Penthouse entrances. An internal staircase also connects each penthouse level.

The Penthouse's main area on the third floor offers south-western beach views. This Penthouse level includes the kitchen, living area, private storage closet, two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, walk in closets and an additional powder room in the common area.

The Penthouse's top floors offer south-western beach views and east or westerly views. The Penthouse's top level is directly accessible from the private elevator and includes a large living area, bedroom with walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom, large sundeck and garden area and plunge pool.

The Penthouse's top floor bathroom features split shower area and built-in Jacuzzi.
